1st Skill + 3rd Memory

✢ Fencing

What this means:
—basic way to hold a sword!
—basic fighting styles and discipline!
—able to keep up a fight with a person of equal discipline but likely easily disarmed by someone with experience!

❧ Curio losing his right eye, the birth of the Red Whirlwind

—once again, one of those instances when she was watching women and other people getting harassed and mistreated by the Montague guards
—this time, she didn't hold back and jumped into the fray
—the Montague guards easily shoved her around, thinking she was some dumb boy getting mixed up in things.
—one of her guardians jumps into the fray to defend her
—things start to go badly, since they're out-numbered
—h-he... lost his eye... because of her
—it's her fault, her lack of discipline, her inability to fight for herself
—takes up the sword and starts to train
—vowing to never let something like that happen again
—vowing to stop those Montagues from terrorizing the people again

So basically, Juliet is going to react badly to this memory. Already on the team, she feels as though she's one of the weaker ones and thus that means that the others will feel obligated to protect her, which could have the same end result as it did in the memory. And Juliet doesn't want that for her teammates.

She already remembered being able to keep her own in a spar and likely a fight. So the first memory will help give her an outlet to work on and perfect. While the second will secure that mentality that she will be the one to protect others. Not the other way 'round. She can fight for herself, no one should be hurt on her account.
